HARVESTING AND STORAGE
During the months of March and April, the fruit is harvested. The efficient and careful harvest is kept in our warehouse specially designed for the storage of almonds.
ALMENDROS
Our almond trees were carefully selected and planted, they are Penta and Marinada varieties. Mendoza's climate, ideal for this type of varieties, together with a group of expert growers, have allowed great production.
QUALITY
Our irrigation system, weather contingency monitoring, soil analysis and regular crop inspections guarantee the quality of the almonds.
TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF OUR FARM
Finca AMANDES is monitored by a GIS (Georeferential Information System). It has weather alerts that allow a prompt response in case of frost.
Our crops are evaluated by expert agronomists who perform thorough quality control inspections to avoid weeds and diseases of the almond trees. Our soil is evaluated on a regular basis to maintain adequate nutrition for the almond crops.
We use the latest field monitoring technology and can follow the development of the crop with the highest quality standards.
